Andrew Wagner P. Eng, PMP

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION & FOUNDER

Andrew loves construction. But even more than that, he loves asking questions and solving problems. His need to understand systems and challenge the status quo makes Maison build better. Period. Combine that with a passion for people and you can see why he has found his dream career.

Andrew has over 17 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. He is trained as a Mechanical Engineer and holds his P. Eng. and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations. Andrew’s passions include energy efficiency, sustainable material selection and incorporating innovative construction methods in our projects.

Jilaire Soucy Wagner, B.A., Hounours

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

At age 8, Jilaire was obsessed with cutting out pictures of furniture and pasting them into scrapbooks to create ‘rooms’. At age 11, she killed time by studying floor plans while she waited for her parents to finish work at their lumberyard. After taking a detour in the field of communications and public relations, Jilaire has returned to her passion – creating beautiful, functional spaces.

DESIGN COORDINATOR

Alex is part designer, part super girl. Balancing her time between steel toe boots and the design studio, she is equally at home creating luxurious baths, sourcing lighting, writing specifications and field checking installations to make sure everything is just so.
